Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Associates degree in a technical/manufacturing field.
• Undergraduate engineering/technical degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years as a qualified mechanical or electrical technician, or 2 years as a supervisor.
• Industrial manufacturing or military experience required; strong problem-solving and organization skills.
• Export compliance eligibility for U.S. controlled technology may be required.

Responsibilities

• Plan preventive/predictive maintenance with detailed work instructions and resources.
• Develop and maintain PM/PdM/overhaul/replacement strategy aligned to schedules.
• Plan corrective maintenance and standardize tasks for timely completion.
• Lead planning prioritization and regular area maintenance/operations meetings.
• Lead annual PM quality reviews and CMMS training for the team.
• Collaborate across Engineering, Storeroom, IT and Procurement for data and parts.
• Monitor planning metrics, PM/PdM effectiveness, MTBF and failures.
• Maintain accuracy of data for equipment, BOMs, drawings, and tooling.
• Serve as backup Scheduler or Supervisor as needed; engage in pre-outage planning.
• Assist Reliability Engineer with data collection and root cause analysis.
