The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and APICS CPIM certification with 3+ years in production planning, plus strong data analysis, analytics, and ERP/MRP experience within a US manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree from an accredited institution.
• APICS CPIM Certification; certification within one year may be required.
• 3 years of experience in production planning in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with master scheduling and capacity planning.
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.
• Knowledge of Oracle and lean manufacturing is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and improve master scheduling processes with the supply chain team.
• Analyze demand and supply at item, customer, and master schedule levels; identify alternatives.
• Conduct rough-cut capacity planning before publishing master schedules.
• Lead monthly SIOP processes and facilitate executive reviews.
• Maintain rolling production schedules (16–52 weeks) aligned with commitments.
• Optimize inventory levels and resource utilization across the plant.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce lead time and improve throughput.
