Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Planner and Scheduler to coordinate and manage scheduling of resources, tasks, and projects. You will work with multiple departments and stakeholders to develop and maintain schedules, optimize workflow, and ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires strong SAP experience and proficiency with scheduling tools. You will contribute to continuous improvement in scheduling processes and drive efficiency across the organization.

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience in scheduling, planning, or coordination.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with scheduling tools such as MS Project, Primavera P6, or SAP.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed schedules for projects, tasks, and resources based on requirements and available resources.
• Coordinate allocation of personnel, equipment, and materials to meet timelines.
• Regularly monitor and update project schedules to track progress and mitigate delays.
• Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and management on schedule status.
• Identify scheduling conflicts and resolve them to ensure smooth execution.
• Identify risks and bottlenecks and implement mitigation strategies.
