Qualifications

• Proven experience in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in project scheduling, planning, or coordination.
• Proficiency in scheduling software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, SAP, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Good computer skills, including Windows, Excel, Word, Outlook, SAP software.
• Ability to perform SAP creation/revision of maintenance plans, functional locations and Bill Of Material's.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate allocation of personnel, equipment, and materials to meet timelines.
• Monitor schedules and update progress to identify delays and mitigate risks.
