Job summary

You will work with production, engineering, and field teams to maximize equipment availability, minimize downtime, and ensure timely execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective tasks. Strong SAP scheduling, communication, and backlog management are essential for outages and turnarounds.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Maintenance Scheduler in SAP is required or preferred.
• Experience supporting turnarounds or major maintenance events.
• Industry experience in oil & gas, LNG, pipeline, or petrochemical facilities.
• Experience with maintenance KPI reporting and schedule compliance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain weekly, monthly, quarterly, and look-ahead maintenance schedules.
• Schedule and prioritize work based on requirements, criticality, and manpower.
• Use SAP to manage work orders, backlog, and status.
• Coordinate schedules with Maintenance and Operations to ensure readiness.
• Verify manpower, materials, and equipment before scheduling.
• Manage and prioritize backlog to enable timely execution.
• Coordinate manpower and craft availability with supervision.
• Monitor schedule compliance and report changes.
• Support KPI reporting for schedule compliance and execution.
• Participate in field walkdowns and outages as needed.
