Job summary

Inframark is seeking a highly organized Maintenance Planner/Scheduler to support reliability and performance of critical infrastructure assets. The role involves planning, scheduling, and coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance activities to maximize equipment uptime and efficiency.

The candidate will work closely with maintenance supervisors and plant management, track inventory and expenditures, and assist with budgeting while ensuring new assets are integrated into maintenance

Qualifications

Experience in maintenance planning and scheduling.
Proficiency with CMMS software (eMaint, JobCal, Maximo, SAP PM).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Experience with budgeting, inventory, and purchasing processes.

Responsibilities

Manage maintenance work orders and schedules using CMMS platforms.
Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities, including labor, materials, tools, and equipment.
Work closely with maintenance supervisors and plant management to minimize operational disruptions and downtime.
Track inventory, purchase orders, and equipment deliveries to support maintenance operations.
Maintain accurate maintenance records, schedules, and reports.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting maintenance needs, and monitoring expenditures.
Support equipment installations and ensure new assets are integrated into maintenance programs.
