Job summary

Allied Reliability is seeking a Maintenance Planner to estimate, plan and schedule mechanical and electrical work for each shift. This role ensures availability of facilities/equipment, parts, tools and manpower, while supporting OE initiatives in the maintenance department.

You will also help guarantee proper reporting of materials and time spent on tasks. Primary duties include screening requests, breaking work into steps, coordinating parts, and maintaining PM schedules.

Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree in a related field, plus related maintenance experience.
• Bachelor’s degree and supervisory experience are preferred.
• Strong planning, scheduling and procurement awareness.
• Proficient with MS Office and CMMS systems.
• Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Receives and screens work requests to ensure complete scope.
• Plans maintenance work by detailing steps, parts, tools, and time.
• Monitors availability of parts and submits requisitions as needed.
• Maintains backlog and coordinates with Production and Maintenance teams.
• Ensures PM work orders are scheduled and executed consistently.
