Amentum seeks a qualified Maintenance Planner Scheduler to support a team of multi-skilled technicians in a manufacturing facility. You will plan, schedule, and coordinate labor, parts, tools, and documentation to ensure safe, efficient maintenance execution.

The role emphasizes planning, scheduling, and continuous improvement of maintenance processes, with strong CMMS usage and cross-functional collaboration across operations and maintenance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in facility management, business administration, engineering or related field.
• Associates degree plus 4 years in industrial facilities or production maintenance.
• Eight years of experience in industrial facilities or production maintenance with no college degree.

Responsibilities

• Upholds safety, health, and environmental procedures and OSHA/EPA compliance.
• Act as liaison between maintenance and operations planning.
• Maximize resources by identifying parts, tools, services, and documentation.
• Review planned work orders for completeness and accuracy.
• Develops work plans including parts, costs, sequencing of tasks.
• Analyse unplanned orders for corrective actions and improvements.
• Maintain CMMS and track backlog and spare parts.
• Provide data-driven reports to improve plant operations.
• Ensure timely completion and close of work orders.
• Coordinate with site management to schedule workforce and resources.
