Job summary

Inframark is seeking a highly organized Maintenance Planner/Scheduler to optimize reliability and uptime for critical infrastructure assets in Suwanee, GA. You will plan, schedule, and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities, collaborating with maintenance teams to minimize downtime.

The role requires CMMS experience (eMaint, JobCal, Maximo, SAP PM) and strong budgeting, inventory, and reporting skills.

Qualifications

Experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, or related fields.
Experience with CMMS software for work order management.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Experience with budgeting, inventory, and purchasing processes.

Responsibilities

Manage maintenance work orders and schedules using CMMS platforms such as eMaint, JobCal, or similar.
Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities including labor, materials, tools, and equipment.
Work closely with maintenance supervisors and plant management to minimize disruptions and downtime.
Track inventory, purchase orders, and equipment deliveries to support maintenance operations.
Maintain accurate maintenance records, schedules, and reports.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting maintenance needs, and monitoring expenditures.
Support equipment installations and ensure new assets are integrated into maintenance programs.
