Job summary

PPG is seeking a Maintenance Planner Scheduler for our Circleville, OH Plant. You will plan MI work, coordinate with Reliability Engineering, and schedule planned/project work orders within CMMS.

The role requires creating weekly, monthly, and yearly plans to achieve 100% PM scheduling, reporting to the Maintenance Manager. Qualifications include 6–10 years in scheduling with a maintenance background, ability to read P&ID diagrams, and CMMS proficiency.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years' experience in scheduling for maintenance.
• Maintenance background required.
• Ability to read P&ID drawings and diagrams.
• Proficient with CMMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Obtain quotes or bids for planned jobs and projects per Purchasing Guidelines.
• Develop job scope for planned or project work.
• Create schedules for upcoming jobs.
• Coordinate Contractors/PPG maintenance for planned days.
• Communicate with Maintenance/Contractor Supervisor on planned/project work.
• Plan and communicate parts and supplies for planned/project work.
• Attend Mechanical Integrity (MI) meetings.
• Schedule outage meetings for plant outages.
• Complete all Work Orders in CMMS in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate job plans and CMMS details.
• Track outages for planned/project work in CMMS.
• Enter Purchase Orders for required parts and critical spares.
• Complete all duties assigned by Manager.
