Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred in engineering, industrial technology, or related field.
• 10+ years of maintenance planning and scheduling experience.

Responsibilities

• Overhaul and improve the maintenance work order system for accuracy and efficiency.
• Establish standardized processes for work order creation, planning, prioritization, and closure.
• Create detailed job plans in CMMS including labor, parts, tools, and safety requirements.
• Track KPI such as schedule compliance and PM completion rates.
• Provide training on CMMS usage to supervisors and technicians.
