Job summary

Foxconn-Pce-Technology in Lordstown, OH seeks a Maintenance Planning Specialist to optimize technician productivity and ensure proactive PMs for production equipment. You will plan manpower, parts, and materials, and manage work orders in CMMS.

Responsibilities include maintaining the planning backlog, coordinating weekly schedules with Operations, Engineering, and Maintenance, and training staff on CMMS usage to support world-class maintenance performance.

Qualifications

• 2-year technical degree or higher preferred in Industrial Technology, Electricity or one of the engineering disciplines.
• 1-3 years of experience in the skilled trades.

Responsibilities

• Maintain backlog of planned and unplanned jobs in CMMS.
• Develop weekly work schedule for PMs and planned work from backlog in coordination with Operations and Lead Technician.
• Drive weekly meetings between Operations, Engineering, and Maintenance Manager for workload scheduling.
• Participate in creation of PMs and ensure CMMS entries and updates for equipment reliability.
• Train associates in the CMMS maintenance module as a Super User.
• Ensure accurate BOMs and arrange spare parts for new equipment with maintenance team support.
• Develop and maintain equipment entity structure in CMMS.
• Provide necessary OEE data for maintenance analysis and metrics.
• Assist with maintenance cost collection and budgeting processes.
