Job summary

Resilience is seeking a Planner/Scheduler, Maintenance – IDAP in Ohio to lead and manage maintenance activities for PET assets. You will plan, schedule, and coordinate tasks, collaborating with operations, engineers, and OEM suppliers to ensure uptime and compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, experience with regulated production, and CMMS proficiency to monitor work orders and track equipment history. Excellent communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a regulated production environment handling maintenance.
• Strong leadership and relationship management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming work requests, clarify the scope, and set repair priorities.
• Create work instructions, estimate durations, and identify tools or procedures needed.
• Identify, order, and kit parts required for work orders.
• Schedule and assign work activities to team members.
• Communicate priorities and progress to the team.
• Ensure preventive maintenance is completed on all assets.
• Use CMMS to monitor backlog, track assets, and manage spare parts.
• Review recurring failures and improve PM effectiveness to boost uptime.
• Coordinate repairs during site shutdowns with Engineering and Operations.
• Develop and revise standardized job plans and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
