Job summary

Milford Mining Company Utah, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Planner to plan, schedule, and coordinate fixed plant maintenance across crushing, grinding and flotation circuits. You will develop detailed job plans, manage backlog, and coordinate labor, parts and downtime to improve safety, reliability and mill availability.

You will work with Operations and Engineering to minimize downtime, maintain CMMS records, and provide clear communications to crews and leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; craft apprenticeship preferred or equivalent maintenance experience.
• 4+ years fixed maintenance in mining/mineral processing; hands-on with fixed plant equipment.
• Experience at two mining operations.
• Strong mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, lubrication skills; knowledge of electrical systems and PLCs.
• ERP/CMMS experience (SAP PM, Oracle/JD Edwards, Maximo) for work order management and planning.
• MSHA Part 48 training or ability to obtain before start.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and coordinate preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance for fixed plant equipment in crushing, grinding and flotation circuits.
• Develop detailed job plans and work packages with scope, labor, parts and durations for routine and major events.
• Coordinate downtime with operations to minimize impact on throughput and copper recovery.
• Maintain equipment hierarchies, BOMs and PM history in CMMS; ensure accurate work orders.
