Job summary

Milford Mining Company, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Planner to organize and schedule fixed plant maintenance across crushing, grinding and flotation circuits. You will develop detailed plans, manage backlogs, coordinate labor and parts, and ensure safe, efficient work with audit-ready records in the site ERP/CMMS.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of fixed maintenance experience in mining or mineral processing.
• Experience at a minimum of two mining operations.
• Strong mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and lubrication skills with working knowledge of electrical systems and PLC controls.
• ERP/CMMS experience for work order management, planning and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and coordinate preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance for fixed plant equipment.
• Develop detailed job plans and work packages with scope, labor, parts and durations.
• Coordinate downtime with Operations to minimize impact on throughput and recovery.
• Maintain equipment hierarchies, BOMs, PM task lists, and maintenance history in the ERP/CMMS.
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for high-impact failures; evaluate condition monitoring data.
