Job summary

Milford Mining Company, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Planner to orchestrate planned maintenance across crushing, grinding and flotation circuits. You’ll develop detailed job plans, manage the backlog and coordinate labor, parts and downtime to keep the mill available and productive.

Working with Maintenance, Process and Mechanical Engineering, you will lead preventive, predictive and corrective work, troubleshoot issues, maintain CMMS records and communicate schedules to crews and leadership in

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with craft apprenticeship or equivalent maintenance experience.
• 4+ years fixed maintenance in mining/mineral processing.
• Experience at two mining operations.
• Strong mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and lubrication skills with electrical knowledge.
• Experience with ERP/CMMS for work orders and scheduling.
• MSHA Part 48 training or ability to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and coordinate preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance.
• Develop detailed job plans and work packages with scopes and durations.
• Coordinate downtime to minimize impact on throughput.
• Maintain BOMs, PM task lists and maintenance history in CMMS.
• Provide technical direction to crews during planned and emergency work.
• Forecast and secure spares; stage materials.
• Define contractor scopes for shutdowns and track progress.
• Ensure MSHA safety procedures and lockout/tagout compliance.
