Job summary

Restek Corporation in Bellefonte, PA is seeking a Maintenance Planner & Scheduler to drive maintenance planning across manufacturing equipment, facilities, and building automation. You will own the CMMS, develop detailed work plans, and coordinate with Production and Engineering to minimize downtime and maximize uptime.

The ideal candidate has an Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field and at least 5 years of maintenance planning experience, including CMMS, with strong

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering Technology, Facilities Management or related field plus 5 years of maintenance/reliability experience.
• CMMS hands-on experience is required (2+ years).
• Strong reading of technical drawings, schematics, P&IDs, and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain detailed maintenance work plans for preventive, predictive, and corrective tasks.
• Own the weekly and daily maintenance schedule and balance planned work with emergencies.
• Coordinate with Production and Engineering to minimize disruption and maximize uptime.
• Plan major shutdowns and outages with detailed resource coordination.
• Serve as CMMS administrator, maintaining asset hierarchies, PM programs, BOMs, and procedures.
• Analyze maintenance data to identify reliability improvements and track KPIs.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and vendor coordination for critical assets.
