Job summary

BelPak in Illinois is seeking a Maintenance Planner to develop, maintain, and monitor CMMS programs, and to plan and coordinate maintenance activities across the plant.

The role requires coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance, handling purchasing duties, and ensuring safety policies are followed. You will lead reviews, update documentation, and train teammates in CMMS usage to improve reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience using CMMS to manage and track work orders.
• Ability to plan preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with management and maintenance teams to optimize reliability.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and monitor CMMS programs and systems.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance activities to meet deadlines.
• Perform purchasing duties in line with policies and approvals.
• Lead reviews of completed work and adjust plans based on outcomes.
• Ensure maintenance documentation and training are updated as needed.
• Provide CMMS training to team members and ensure data integrity.
