Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Planner to support one of the world’s largest online retailers. You will manage asset data, planning, training, and spare parts inventory using EAM software, while coordinating with the facilities team to ensure safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 3+ years of related experience in planning, scheduling, and auditing facilities/maintenance.
• Experience with enterprise software and understanding of standard work processes.
• Effective communication, presentation, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Basic knowledge of financial terms and principles.
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Maintain spare parts inventory and conduct audits regularly.
• Provide software training to end users and new administrators; serve as liaison for system problems.
• Work with EAM Analyst to implement standard object coding, PM procedures and scheduling.
• Manage work orders for accurate creation, planning, updating, and resolution.
• Perform data analysis on parts/assets and suggest software enhancements.
• Measure and publish facilities metrics to management.
