Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Planner to oversee asset management, work planning, and spare parts inventory using Enterprise Asset Management software.

You will coordinate with the facilities team and provide Tier 1 EAM support, ensuring accurate work order creation and timely scheduling. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, with 3+ years in planning and auditing maintenance activities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of planning, scheduling, and auditing facilities/maintenance activities.
• Experience with enterprise software and standard work processes.
• Effective communication, presentation, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Basic knowledge of financial terms and principles.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Maintain spare parts inventory and audit regularly.
• Provide software training to end users and admins; act as liaison for system problems.
• Collaborate with EAM Business Analyst to implement standard coding schemes and preventive maintenance procedures.
• Manage work orders in the system: creation, updating and resolution.
• Analyze data on parts/assets and suggest software enhancements and process changes.
• Measure and publish facilities metrics to management.
