CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Planner to oversee asset management, work planning, training, and spare-parts inventory using EAM software. The role supports one of the world’s largest online retailers.

You will manage work orders, analyze parts data, and drive process improvements while promoting a safe working environment and collaboration across the Client and Operations Maintenance teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3+ years planning, scheduling and auditing facilities/maintenance activities.
• Experience with enterprise software and understanding of standard work processes.
• Effective communication, presentation, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Basic knowledge of financial terms and principles.
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Responsabilités

• Maintain spare parts inventory and conduct audits regularly.
• Provide software training to end users and administrators; serve as liaison for system problems.
• Collaborate with EAM Business Analyst to implement standard coding schemes, preventive maintenance procedures and scheduling.
• Manage work orders in the system for creation, updating, and resolving.
• Analyze data on parts/assets and suggest software enhancements and process changes.
• Measure and publish facilities metrics to management.
• Provide Tier 1 EAM support for the facilities team.
• Foster positive relationships with Client and Operations Maintenance teams.
• Promote a safe working environment by following safety procedures.
