Job summary

Associated Milk Producers Inc is seeking a maintenance professional to uphold safety, quality and equipment readiness at our Blair, WI facility. You will manage parts inventory, coordinate with mechanics, and support PMs to minimize downtime.

The role emphasizes adherence to 5S principles, working with contractors, and ensuring environmental, OSHA and food safety standards are met in a competitive dairy production environment.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; associate degree or trade school preferred.
• Five+ years in maintenance, mechanical maintenance, and/or repair work or equivalent.
• Desirable: CMMS maintenance tracking software experience.
• Desirable: project management or planning/scheduling coursework/experience.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, OSHA and loss control programs.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, layouts.

Responsibilities

• Report safety, food safety and quality issues.
• Maintain accurate inventory of parts and tools; process POs and storage.
• Collaborate with mechanics for parts for repairs and PMs.
• Coordinate with maintenance and operations for timely servicing.
