Job summary

Chemours is seeking a Production Maintenance Coordinator/Field Contract Administrator for the Chambers Works site in Deepwater, NJ. You will coordinate maintenance with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and contractors, ensuring safe, compliant execution and cost control across multiple teams.

The role requires a high school diploma with technical experience and at least 2 years in manufacturing coordination; SAP and MS Office skills are preferred, with a lean towards candidates with

Qualifications

• High School diploma with craft or technical expertise.
• Minimum 2 years experience in coordination within a manufacturing (maintenance or operations) environment.
• Education or equivalent, experience in contracting, craft/technical expertise, construction management or engineering.
• Demonstrated or proficient knowledge with computer based skills.
• Ability to work in a High Hazard manufacturing environment and physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Aligns schedule of maintenance work with Production Supervisor on day-to-day responsibilities and Production Leader on long-term needs.
• Aligns internal/external resources to prioritized maintenance scope of work for safe operations.
• Leads maintenance planning & scheduling meetings to ensure plan targets are met.
• Leads scope of work development and site access/permits for contractors.
• Documents changes to contract or scope of work and accepts services via SAP.
• Coordinates turnaround or shutdown work and ensures regulatory compliance.
