Job summary

Chemours is seeking a Production Maintenance Coordinator/Field Contract Administrator for the Chambers Works facility in Deepwater, NJ. You will coordinate production needs across Operations, Maintenance, Engineering and Contractors to ensure safe, quality maintenance execution.

The role emphasizes planning, scheduling, and cost optimization, enabling collaboration across teams while upholding safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma with craft or technical expertise.
• Minimum 2 years coordinating in a manufacturing environment (maintenance/operations).
• Experience in contracting, craft/technical expertise, or engineering.
• Demonstrated ability to work with multiple levels of the organization and manage task prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Aligns on maintenance schedule with Production Supervisor and Production Leader.
• Leads maintenance planning & scheduling meetings to ensure plans meet execution targets.
• Coordinates internal/external resources for safe, reliable operations and manages contractor activities.
• Documents changes to contracts or scope and ensures compliance with safety requirements.
