Job summary

Chemours is seeking a Production Maintenance Coordinator/Field Contract Administrator for the Chambers Works facility in Deepwater, NJ. You will coordinate maintenance with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and Contractors to ensure safe, quality execution while optimizing costs.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2+ years in manufacturing coordination, and contracting/engineering experience. Proficiency in SAP, MS Office, and strong communication are essential for success in this

Qualifications

• High School diploma with craft or technical expertise.
• Minimum 2 years experience in coordination within a manufacturing (maintenance or operations) environment.
• Education or equivalent, experience in contracting, craft/technical expertise, construction management or engineering.
• Demonstrated or proficient knowledge with computer-based skills.
• Ability to work in a High Hazard manufacturing environment incl. stairs, ladders, and construction areas.
• Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, multitask, set priorities, and understand business drivers.

Responsibilities

• Aligns on maintenance schedule with Production Supervisor and Production Leader.
• Aligns internal/external resources for prioritized maintenance scope.
• Leads team discussions to meet maintenance needs with operations input.
• Authorizes and releases work orders based on strategic input.
• Ensures regulatory inspection, test, and restoration work completion as defined.
• Communicates phases of work and return-to-operations alignment.
• Coordinates, plans, and schedules unit TAR or shutdown work.
• Leads maintenance planning and scheduling meetings and scope development.
• Participates in site access, permitting, pre-job meetings, and job tickets/SAP receipts.
