Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in M&A, investment banking, private equity, or corporate development.
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and transaction execution.
• Proven leadership, negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute M&A strategies, including acquisitions and divestitures.
• Lead the full transaction lifecycle, including due diligence and deal structuring.
• Advise clients on exit strategies, including IPOs and mergers.
• Build relationships with investment banks and private equity groups.
• Manage transaction pipelines and identify growth opportunities.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams for deal execution.
