Qualifications

• Experience evaluating acquisition, partnership, and investment opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate Acquisition, Strategic Investment, and Partnership Opportunities.
• Develop financial models to value acquisitions, investments, and partnerships with business units.
• Create operating plans and synergy forecasts; perform DCF, comparables, and accretion/dilution analyses.
• Contribute to business case development, market sizing, and financial analysis for leadership.
• Coordinate due diligence with target companies, advisors, and internal teams.
• Support integration governance and pipeline presentations for executive leadership.
