Qualifications

• 7–10 years of professional experience in consulting, mergers and acquisitions, or corporate strategy; MBA or Master’s degree acceptable with 6–7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience or strong interest in mergers and acquisitions, particularly merger integration and divestitures.
• Demonstrated experience owning complex initiatives or portfolios of work with limited supervision.
• Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and managing competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
