Qualifications

• 7–10 years of professional experience in consulting, mergers and acquisitions, or corporate strategy; alternatively, 6–7 years of relevant experience with an MBA or Master’s degree.
• Experience or strong interest in mergers and acquisitions, particularly merger integration and divestitures.
• Demonstrated experience owning complex initiatives or portfolios of work with limited supervision.
• Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive solution strategy and innovation for the Merger Integration and Divestitures solutions.
• Lead development and continuous improvement of solutions addressing evolving client needs.
• Collaborate with Knowledge Management to share expertise, tools, and case experience.
• Develop training materials and learning opportunities to strengthen team capabilities.
• Support go-to-market strategies and deliver high-quality proposals and sales materials.
• Lead and develop a high-performing solution team, mentoring junior members.
