Bain & Company is seeking a Senior Manager in its Merger Integration and Divestitures team to shape and commercialize solutions that drive successful integrations and divestitures. You will own priority initiatives, lead strategic programs, and guide a global team across consulting, technology, and external partners.

Formación

• 7–10 years of professional experience in consulting, mergers and acquisitions, or corporate strategy; MBA or Master’s degree can substitute for 6–7 years of experience.
• Experience or strong interest in mergers and acquisitions, particularly merger integration and divestitures.
• Demonstrated experience owning complex initiatives or portfolios of work with limited supervision.
• Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
