Job summary

Bain & Company is seeking a Senior Manager in the Merger Integration and Divestitures practice in the Seattle area. You will shape strategy, drive solution development, and support client engagements across global teams, while mentoring a high‑performing group of consultants.

The role combines strategic, client‑facing work with hands‑on execution, requiring ownership of priority initiatives and collaboration with senior leaders to deliver lasting client impact.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of professional experience in consulting, mergers and acquisitions, or corporate strategy.
• MBA or Master’s degree (or equivalent) considered.
• Experience or strong interest in mergers and acquisitions, particularly merger integration and divestitures.
• Demonstrated experience owning complex initiatives or portfolios of work with limited supervision.
• Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and managing competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and shape the long‑term strategy for our Merger Integration and Divestitures solutions.
• Lead development and continuous improvement of our solutions and tools.
• Serve as trusted advisor to consulting teams on merger engagements.
• Collaborate with Knowledge Management to improve capture and sharing of expertise.
• Develop and maintain proposals, sales materials, and client deliverables.
• Guide and coach junior team members and manage priorities to deliver impact.
