Job summary

Bain & Company is seeking a Senior Manager in its Merger Integration and Divestitures team in the United States. You will shape and deliver innovative solutions that drive successful integration and divestiture outcomes, partnering with global colleagues to maximize client impact.

You will lead strategic initiatives, mentor junior team members, and ensure delivery excellence while coordinating with partners and Knowledge Management to strengthen our capabilities.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of professional experience in consulting, mergers and acquisitions, or corporate strategy.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience owning complex initiatives or portfolios with limited supervision.
• Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and managing competing priorities.
