Responsibilities

• Drive long-term strategy for Merger Integration and Divestitures solutions, informed by market trends and client needs.
• Identify opportunities to enhance our solutions and strengthen market positioning.
• Lead strategic initiatives from concept through implementation with consulting teams and external partners.
• Translate client insights into practical improvements to our solutions, tools, and IP.
• Develop and maintain tools that strengthen commercial effectiveness and client delivery.
• Coach junior team members and manage competing priorities to deliver results.
