Job summary

Bain & Company is seeking a Senior Manager in the Merger Integration and Divestitures team to shape and commercialize solutions that improve client outcomes. You will lead strategic initiatives, collaborate with global partners, and guide senior stakeholders to deliver innovative capabilities.

You will influence go-to-market strategies, develop tools and IP, and coach a high-performing team while balancing delivering client impact with operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of professional experience in consulting, mergers and acquisitions, or corporate strategy (MBA/Master’s optional).
• Experience in mergers and acquisitions, especially merger integration and divestitures.
• Demonstrated experience owning complex initiatives or portfolios with limited supervision.
• Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive long-term strategy for Merger Integration and Divestitures solutions.
• Lead strategic initiatives from concept through implementation with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and enhance solutions by connecting IP, technology, and expertise.
