Job summary

Monarch Landscape Companies in Downtown Los Angeles is seeking an Integration Project Manager to oversee and execute projects related to acquisitions and integration activities. You will define objectives, scope, deliverables, and risks while leading cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires extensive PM experience, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset to align stakeholders across Corporate Strategy, Finance, HR, Operations, Marketing,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience across multiple departments
• Experience in managing enterprise strategy programs and projects
• Background in management, process improvement, or consulting delivering large, complex programs
• Strong time management, facilitation, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Experience collaborating with enterprise leadership across Strategy, Finance, HR, Operations, Marketing, and IT
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present to senior leadership
• Adaptable and collaborative with a continuous improvement mindset
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Visio, JIRA, Teams, SharePoint); advanced Excel/PowerPoint
• Exposure to Landscape, Construction, Property & Facility Management industries a plus

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of programs and projects related to acquisitions and partnerships
• Develop detailed project plans, risk registers, and executive-ready status reports
• Lead cross-functional project teams through all phases from discovery to implementation
• Partner with stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and deliverables; ensure buy-in
• Define and track metrics, quality indicators, and KPIs across programs
• Manage dependencies, risks, and changes to keep programs on track
• Communicate status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management
• Motivate and manage program leads and teams within a matrixed organization
• Leverage data to drive program execution strategies and continuous improvement
• Share best practices with program management teams across the organization
• Other duties as assigned
