The ideal candidate has 7+ years of project management experience, strong communication, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience across multiple departments.
• Experience in enterprise strategy programs/projects.
• Delivery of large, complex programs combining tech, process, people.
• Strong communication, cross-functional influence, senior stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of programs relating to M&A and partnerships.
• Develop detailed project plans and executive-ready status updates.
• Lead cross-functional teams through all project phases (discovery to implementation).
• Define scope, timelines, risks, and ensure alignment with strategy.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and changes to keep programs on track.
• Communicate status, risks, and issues to senior management.
• Motivate and manage program leads within a matrixed organization.
• Leverage data to drive improvements in program performance.
