Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• 5+ years leading complex cross-functional programs.
• Experience with M&A due diligence and post-merger integration.
• Strong project management incl. scheduling, risk, budgets.
• Experience influencing stakeholders in a matrixed org.
• Experience with global teams and cross-border integrations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead due diligence and integration project plans, including timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, subject matter experts, and external advisors throughout diligence and integration activities.
• Manage project schedules, risk logs, issue tracking, action items, and executive status reporting.
• Develop and drive Day 1, Day 30, and Day 90 integration readiness plans.
• Monitor integration progress, identify risks and blockers, and elevate issues when needed.
• Facilitate workstream meetings, steering committee reviews, and executive updates.
• Track integration budgets and project expenditures.
• Partner with business leaders to support organizational readiness, communication, and operational transitions.
• Maintain governance processes, templates, and documentation standards.
• Support enterprise-wide business transformation initiatives and strategic projects as assigned.
