You will shape the integration roadmap, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage vendors, processes, and systems to deliver value on schedule.

This 9-month contract offers hybrid work with onsite 3 days per week and requires senior-level experience in M&A integration, risk management, and executive reporting, with a proven ability to

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Senior PM, Program Manager, or Integration PM.
• Experience supporting M&A, post-acquisition integration, or large-scale transformations.
• Ability to manage complex cross-functional projects and present to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate post-acquisition integration activities across business and technology teams.
• Develop and maintain the overall integration roadmap, project plan, milestones, and dependencies.
• Coordinate with leaders across IT, operations, finance, and vendors.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and clarify ownership of deliverables.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and roadblocks.
• Track progress against milestones and provide executive status updates.
• Manage multiple workstreams including systems, data, processes, and vendors.
• Ensure dependencies are identified and managed across teams.
• Support change management and ensure integration aligns with business goals.
