Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end post-merger integration projects, from pre-close planning to post-close execution and stabilization.
• Serve as dedicated project manager in Integration Management Office, supporting governance and execution.
• Partner with leadership and internal teams to align integration efforts with deal objectives.
• Develop and manage integrated project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Apply PMO & IMO methodologies to manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies.
