Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Senior Project Manager, Program Manager, or Integration Project Manager.
• Experience supporting M&A/post‑acquisition integration or large‑scale transformations.
• Ability to manage cross‑functional teams across business and technology.
• Strong governance, risk management, and executive reporting experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and present to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead post‑acquisition integration activities across business and technology teams.
• Develop and maintain the overall integration roadmap, project plan, milestones, and dependencies.
• Coordinate integration workstreams with business leaders, IT, operations, finance, vendors and stakeholders.
• Facilitate cross‑functional meetings with clear ownership of deliverables.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and roadblocks.
• Track progress and provide regular status updates to leadership.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams including systems, processes, data, vendors, and org changes.
• Maintain RAID logs, timelines, status reporting, and executive‑level presentations.
• Support change management and communication efforts.
