Waters Corporation is seeking a Director of M&A, Integration & Strategy Finance to join the global Strategic Planning and M&A Finance team. This role spans M&A execution, post-merger integration, and value creation with exposure to Executive Committee-level leadership.

You will partner with senior leaders to evaluate acquisitions, drive value creation, and translate priorities into measurable financial outcomes, designing governance and analytical frameworks for integration in a complex

Qualifications

• Significant experience in M&A execution including valuation, deal modelling and due diligence.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders on strategic initiatives and value creation.
• PMI, integration planning, and governance design experience is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data visualization tools.

Responsabilités

• Support end-to-end acquisition process including target screening, valuation, due diligence, deal structuring, negotiation support and closing.
• Lead integration and value capture programs, translating deal thesis into integration plans and synergy targets.
• Establish governance frameworks to monitor performance, risks, and value delivery.
• Develop and monitor integration and value creation business plans with milestones across cost and revenue programmes.
• Lead financial modelling for M&A investments, integration scenarios, and strategic initiatives.
• Provide data-driven insights translating initiatives into P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet impact.
• Prepare updates and recommendations for senior management and Board.
