• Consulting background with multi-project management experience is favored.
• Ten years of experience in life sciences tools, biopharma, diagnostics, or med device.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects in a matrixed, large organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual Strategic Planning process and align resources across the company.
• Manage enterprise-wide strategic projects with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with EC members and senior leaders on key initiatives.
• Develop and communicate change management and governance plans.
• Balance a large book of work while prioritizing critical, visible projects.
