Qualifikationen

• MD/PhD, PharmD, or other advanced degree in life sciences preferred
• Minimum 10 years of experience in life sciences tools or related biotech/healthcare with S&E
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
• Proven track record of leading business development projects

Aufgaben

• Lead S&E efforts for BD opportunities across Waters, linking to the strategic plan and managing a robust portfolio
• Build and execute an efficient process to conduct initial assessment and due diligence with cross functional teams
• Build a robust external network including bankers, VC, incubators for identifying opportunities
• Collaborate with Finance M&A and internal stakeholders to assess risks and opportunities
• Lead or support the Diligence Team: plan diligence, interact with external parties, prepare deliverables
