Qualifications

• Experience in strategic planning, post-merger integration (PMI), M&A, strategic finance, and related leadership roles.
• Expertise in financial modelling, scenario analysis, value capture tracking, and evaluation of complex business situations.
• Strong business partnering and stakeholder management with ability to influence senior leaders.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with financial systems and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted finance partner to senior leaders, enabling informed decisions on integration and transformation initiatives.
• Lead financial oversight of integration and value capture programmes with governance and delivery alignment.
• Establish governance frameworks to monitor performance, manage risks, and escalate issues impacting value capture.
• Support development and monitoring of integration and value creation plans, including synergies and milestones across cost and revenue.
• Lead the development of financial models for integration, synergy delivery, scenario analysis, and strategic initiatives.
• Provide analytical insights translating initiatives into P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet impact.
• Consolidate updates for executive and Board reviews with clear progress and risks.
• Collaborate across Finance, Operations, Commercial, HR, IT, and Legal to support execution.
• Contribute to high-priority strategic projects and long-term planning.
