Job summary

Waters Corporation is seeking a Sr Director of Enterprise Strategy to lead the Strategic Planning process and align resources across the company to deliver a robust future plan. You will collaborate with EC members and senior leaders to shape and manage a diverse portfolio of enterprise-wide initiatives.

You will drive transformation across R&D, manufacturing and quality, develop KPIs, and coach teams while partnering with internal stakeholders and external consultants to advance Waters'

Qualifications

• PhD, MD or MBA preferred with scientific or engineering background.
• Consulting background preferred with multi-project management experience.
• 10+ years in life sciences tools industry or related fields.
• Proven ability to lead multiple complex projects in a matrixed environment.
• Strong transformation experience across functions and geographies.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual Strategic Planning process across the matrixed org.
• Lead cross-functional teams to successful outcomes with measurable impact.
• Coordinate external consultants and manage partnerships.
