TransUnion in the United States is seeking a Sr Advisor, Corporate Development to lead cross-functional due diligence and integration planning for M&A; responsible for transaction analysis, financial modeling, and executive-level presentations; will shape acquisition criteria and maintain the acquisition pipeline.

The role requires 3–4 years at top-tier firms (McKinsey/BCG/Bain), 5–7 years total, with strong financial acumen and excellent communication for C-suite audiences.

Formación

• Minimum 3–4 years at a top-tier strategy consulting firm (McKinsey, BCG, or Bain) required; 5–7 years total preferred.
• Strong financial acumen with ability to assess strategic and financial rationale.
• Demonstrated leadership and project management across cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities; strong communication at C-suite level.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional due diligence and integration planning for domestic and global M&A.
• Lead transaction analysis, financial modeling, valuation, and returns analysis.
• Develop Basis of Interest materials and executive-level presentations.
• Formulate acquisition target criteria and maintain the pipeline.
• Prepare corporate development reporting including CEO updates and board materials.
• Develop market insights to inform buy/build/partner decisions.
• Monitor industry trends and evaluate targeted opportunities with limited data.
