Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Director of Corporate Development – M&A to lead hands‑on execution across the full deal lifecycle in the U.S. market.

You will identify targets, conduct rigorous due diligence, build robust financial models and value creation cases, and drive strategic recommendations to senior leadership and the Board. Ideal candidates bring 8–10 years in M&A or related fields, with a track record of executing multiple transactions, strong modeling skills, and MBA/CFA/CPA preferred.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in M&A or related fields.
• Proven experience executing multiple completed M&A transactions.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence skills.
• MBA and CFA/CPA preferred.
• Willingness to travel to meet targets and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support M&A strategy, target identification, market research, and pipeline development.
• Lead and coordinate due diligence workstreams across financial, commercial, operational, HR, and technology areas.
• Build financial models, valuation analyses, and business cases for acquisitions.
• Analyze performance, margins, client concentration, workforce economics, and key drivers.
• Prepare clear presentations and recommendations for executives and the Board.
• Coordinate internal teams and external advisors through the transaction lifecycle.
• Support negotiations, execution, and closing activities.
• Develop and track post‑acquisition integration milestones.
