Job summary

TransUnion is seeking a senior corporate development professional to lead cross-functional due diligence, financial modeling, and M&A execution. This hybrid role combines virtual work with in-person collaboration at a TransUnion office several days a week in Chicago.

Reporting to the VP of Corporate Development, you will develop target criteria, prepare executive materials, and build market insights to inform strategic investments and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience in top-tier strategy consulting firms (McKinsey, BCG, or Bain) with practical M&A exposure.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to assess strategic and financial rationale.
• Proven leadership and cross-functional project management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional due diligence and integration planning for M&A and strategic initiatives.
• Lead transaction analysis, financial modeling, valuation, and returns analysis.
• Develop executive materials and acquisition target criteria for reviews.
• Prepare Board materials and CEO updates with market insights.
• Collaborate with business units to advance strategic priorities.
