Job summary

TransUnion LLC is seeking a Sr Advisor, Corporate Development to drive cross-functional due diligence and integration for M&A initiatives. The role partners with senior leaders, builds financial models, and develops materials for executive reviews and Board decisions.

The candidate will manage the acquisition pipeline, synthesize market insights, and coordinate with business units to advance strategic priorities. Hybrid work with regular in-person collaboration is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with top-tier strategy consulting firms (McKinsey, BCG or Bain) is required.
• Strong understanding of corporate strategy and M&A with financial acumen.
• Leadership and project management across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead due diligence and integration planning for domestic/global M&A initiatives.
• Perform transaction analysis, financial modeling, valuation, and returns analysis.
• Develop Basis of Interest materials and executive-level presentations.
