Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in investment banking, top-tier management consulting, corporate development, strategic finance, private equity, or venture capital.
• Proven end-to-end M&A or strategic investment leadership with financial modeling.
• Bachelor's degree; crypto, blockchain, and digital assets interest.
• Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end M&A and strategic investments, including sourcing, due diligence, and integration planning.
• Conduct market research and translate findings into strategic direction.
• Develop competitive intelligence to inform product strategy.
• Build cross-functional relationships with executives to drive initiatives.
• Maintain relations with startups, investors, and industry participants.
• Improve Corporate Development operations and assist recruiting.
